An existing historic residence of approx. 2,000 s.f. has been remodeled with an addition to approximately 4,500 s.f. The new home includes four Bedrooms, 5 ½ Baths, 2 Offices, new Living, Dining and Kitchen areas, Game and Media rooms, Exercise and Storage Rooms. This historic structure required approvals from the Telluride Historic Architectural Review Committee and received approvals the first time through. Supplemental heat was provided with rough-in for evacuated tube solar collectors with a generating capacity of 1.2M BTU/day. View Mountain Living.
