The Owner of a major remodel in downtown Telluride was interested in taking a fresh look at plans that were under construction and how that could be done with minimal impact on the progress and elements already installed. ECA joined with Studio Frank to review functions and layouts to increase the efficiency of usable floor space within bedrooms and bathrooms. Exterior paint schemes were considered for an elegant presentation to the street reminiscent of an English Pub.
