501 Remodel

An extensive remodel required removing the roof and second floor to simplify multiple shapes and forms to create a simpler loft type upper living level and increase natural light and views. Beveled corners were squared off, dormers revised to sheds with clerestory windows and exterior landscaping and patios were redesigned to increase the usable yard.
