Bear Creek Reserve

These three free-market 4,000+ s.f. homes were sold before completion in a depressed market. Each home has its own unique character through all three were designed to be similar for a simpler construction sequence. Four floors combining 5 bedrooms, a glass elevator, Living areas, media rooms, 2 car garages and two large exterior decks were tucked into a 40’ sloping hillside and geohazard zone. Exterior materials were designed for low maintenance and to blend into the hillside and landscape at the head of one of Telluride’s prime trailheads up to Bear Creek.
