E. Columbia Remodel

This 2-story, 3-bedroom, 20-year-old home was in need of care and refreshments. Care was taken to maintain a strict budget with extensive value engineering and focusing costs to the most notable areas. Upgrades included a new kitchen, power room, bathrooms, lighting and exterior improvements. A banded wood feature wall made with clear fir and dark oak strips was a design element used to connect the lower bed level with the upper living space.
