New Sheridan Hotel

ECA has provided consulting services to the New Sheridan and the New Sheridan Hotel management for multiple studies, reviews and evaluations of potential expansions and remodeling to improve the economic performance of this 100-year-old hotel.

The New Sheridan Hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is one of four structures listed for Significant Landmark Interiors with the Town of Telluride. A major rehabilitation began with extensive investigations and documentation by ECA of existing structural conditions and Historic research. The restoration was done in 3 phases during off seasons and involved significant structural repair and complete interior remodel to the rooms, lobby and restaurant. ECA was the local architectural consultant providing investigations, regulatory documentation, preparations and presentations to the Historic Architectural Review Committee.
