W. Columbia Study

This feasibility study evaluated options that included a small addition to a historic structure as well as preserve an undeveloped lot on this 5 lot historic property adjacent to the L.L. Nunn house in Telluride. The existing house was at the Town’s floor area limit conflicted with the option of either and addition, which increased the floor area, or separate accessory structure, which had adverse building code implications.
